Title: Strategy Director
Company/Location: Harrison/Star / New York (hybrid)
Department/Discipline: Strategy
You know you’re a Strategy Director when it clicks within your brain that there is no prescribed path forward, only the path you prescribe. It’s the ability to make sense out of nonsense, the ability to see an answer when the solution has never been done before, the ability to create when the sheet in front of you is blank, the ability to curate across the environment to bring forward the right tool or technique as the solve. These are the signs that you’ve tipped into knowing, not hoping, that your answer is the best within your ability.
Summary:
The Strategy department at Harrison/Star is seeking an insightful, creative thinker to spark and guide forward strategies for key businesses and accounts within the agency. If you have experience managing a portfolio of business, understand the creative brief process, and have developed marketing communications that have had a demonstrated impact, you could be the strategic “catalyst” that we need. From searching for current gaps in research, to identifying pockets of opportunity, and forming inspiring creative briefs, this role will act as “the catalyst”, strategically inciting future actions and projects that will bring significant value to our company, clients and creative products.
